Individual Session
An individual session lasts approximately one and a half hours and includes a Sangoma Reading (“Throwing the bones”). In the reading, those areas of life that require particular attention, clarity, healing, or support in this moment are illuminated, and the steps needed for further positive development are identified. Where possible, Sangoma and/or Umthandazi methods are applied directly during the session.
Mentorship
For those interested in a deeper personal process over a period of time, mentorship is warmly recommended. It enables a profound reconnection with one’s own inner core and a transformative development of being. Mentorship can also be used as a deeper introduction to African spirituality.
It includes:
One individual session / life guidance per month
One individual dream interpretation session (in person or online) per month
Sangoma / Umthandazi treatments (as needed)

Dream Interpretation
In a dream interpretation session, recurring dreams, extraordinary dreams, or simply what is remembered from the night’s imagery can be explored together in search of pearls of wisdom.
